How we bring people to Jesus, form disciples and transform the world.
Rooted in Worship through the liturgy, prayer and sacraments, we believe that transformation is possible for each person! We do this through creating a culture of Welcome and by providing opportunities to Encounter Jesus Christ; to Connect with others on the journey, to Grow in faith and discipleship; to Empower all to know and use their God-given gifts to share in fulfilling the mission; and to Serve others through outreach.

Welcome – Because of our missionary call to reach out beyond our doors, we strive to have an invitational culture.  This simply means that being inviting and welcoming is who we are  - whether to Mass, Alpha, GIFT or other events that we host. We want to share with others the love we have encountered in Jesus.

Encounter – Jesus Christ seeks to be in relationship with each and everyon of us! An encounter is an experience that  and grow in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and while doing so, grow in relationship with each other! ALpha is our primaly tool for fostering such an encounter.

Connect – We do not travel our journey of faith alone, but with each other. We are intentional about forming groups where parishioners are known, loved and cared for in a personal way, by each other. This includes Alpha Connect groups, as well as other small faith groups.

Grow – Being a disciple is a life long journey of learning and growing in faith, knowledge and  love of the Lord. Forming disciples Includes faith formation for all ages, sacramental prep, etc

Empower – DIsciples make disciples. Jesus formed and sent leaders to carry out his mission. We continue this today. The work of the church is something we are all called to, using our God-given gifts to do so. We are committed to raising up and supporting leaders across all areas of parish life.

Serve – ministry and outreach in the church and in the world.
      
Worship – the triune God, includes liturgy, sacrament, etc.
