What is Confirmation?

Confirmation recipients receive an out pouring of the Holy Spirit which unites them more perfectly to the Church and completes their baptismal journey.

Why is Confirmation Important?

Confirmation deepens baptismal grace and bestows the gifts of the Holy Spirit upon the receipient in preparation for becoming a mature disciple of Christ. Confirmation fortifies recipients to witness, defend and share our beautiful faith by word and example.

Who can Receive Confirmation?

Catholics who have been Baptized and received First Communion may receive Confirmation. Normally Confirmation is celebrated in high school. Contact Jim for further information.
