Alpha is an opportunity to explore life and the Christian faith, in a friendly, open and informal environment. No pressure. No judgment. No Cost. Over 29 million people across the globe have participated in Alpha! Why not try it?!

Alpha is not so much a course, but an experience! Gathering once a week over a 10-11 week period, either in person or online via Zoom, each Alpha brings together people from every walk of life.

You do not have to commit to the whole series at once.
Just simply Come & See and check it out at our first week or two.
 

No matter where Alpha takes place, the format is the same. We gather in a friendly, fun and hospitable environment - whether online or in person. We begin each Alpha gathering by building community through hospitality. For in-person Alpha, that includes a meal or snack and socializing time. For online Alpha, that includes some fun icebreakers and time for informal conversation and catching up with one another. We then listen to a talk and gather together in small groups for discussion. We mostly hold Alpha at our church halls, but have also held Alpha at  local homes, and now during pandemic times, online. Alpha runs 10-12 weeks, dependng on how the calendar works out.

Alpha is for everyone! Absolutely no question is out of bounds, and you are free to discuss as much or as little as you wish. You can have literally no background knowledge or belief in Christianity, be a life-long Catholic, or an atheist... everyone is invited to try Alpha!
